Meeting Time: Once a week.
Wednesday: 6:30pm till 8:00pm (for beginners, all age groups)

Each lesson starts with static stretch warm-up followed by moderate workout with stretching and conditioning. The programme is divided into two parts: The first part covers basic hand techniques, footwork, and offense and defense techniques of the classical French school. The second part covers line drills and supervised bouting.

Participation: All participants have to register with New Westminster School District No. 40.

Equipment: Participants are required to wear a sports outfit and indoor court shoes. All necessary equipment -- mask, practice foil, and plastron or jacket -- will be provided.
